I understand that life can be a real pain at times and I understand that every now and then things don't work out as planned. However, Bright Bite is a small business that relies on having our clients turn up to their booked appointments, so that we can pay for the electricity and keep the doors open.
When you don't attend your appointment or don't give us enough notice that you cant attend, that also means that we have turned away other clients because that time was allocated to you specifically for your In Clinic Cosmetic Teeth Whitening experience, and this is not fair on us, or the other clients.
So to protect all of our loyal clients appointments & to protect our business from loss of trading, and to ensure your appointment is relaxed and enjoyable, we have adapted the following policies:
We greatly appreciate your support of our business and we will endeavor to provide the utmost professional service to you at every appointment.
BOOKING FEE - When booking online a small booking fee of $25 will be taken. This is non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment time. Your deposit will be applied towards your final payment the day of your booking.

1. RETURNING CUSTOMER - REFRESH YOUR SMILE
(allow 45 min)
This 1 x 15 minute treatment option is only suitable for clients who have had their teeth professionally deep-whitened within the previous 6 - 12 months. It is generally not suitable for most first timers.
Full Professional BEYOND II In Clinic Service includes:

Or four fortnightly interest free payment of $62.50 with Afterpay.

2. NEW CUSTOMER - FIRST TIMERS WITH AVERAGE STAINING
(allow 1.5 hours)
This full 3 x15 minute cycles deep whitening option is recommended as BEST for most "first timers" with average staining. This treatment provides deep enamel whitening to reveal your whitest natural smile

FULL Professional BEYOND II In Clinic Service includes:
TAKE HOME PACK VALUED AT $40

COST $450 (Industry Average $550)
Or four fortnightly interest free payment of $112.50 with Afterpay.

3. HEAVY LIFESTYLE STAINING - FIRST TIMERS WITH HEAVY DISCOLOURATION
(allow 1.5 hours) Most Effective if completed over two days back to back. You only pay once.
This full 4 x 15 minute cycle option is recommended as BEST for badly stained teeth from smoking, excessive tea and coffee drinking or tetracycline (antibiotic) staining.
FULL Professional BEYOND II In Clinic Service includes:
TAKE HOME PACK VALUED AT $40

COST $550 (Industry Average $650)
Or four fortnightly interest free payments of $137.50 with Afterpay.

CONSENT - In Clinic Cosmetic Teeth Whitening is available to anyone over the age of 16. Students note that I require ID as proof of age. Ideally I would like to know that you have discussed your wish to get your teeth whitened with your parents or caregivers.
WHITE DIET POST TREATMENT - For 24 hours following your treatment, you are required to eat a white diet to ensure your teeth does not re-stain following your treatment. You will be given a copy of a white diet to take home.
CHILDREN & AGE RESTRICTIONS - Due to Health & Safety Reasons we CANNOT allow children in our treatment room, neither can they be unsupervised in the waiting area or outside. So that we do not offend anyone please leave your children in the care of someone else. We want your children to be safe while you are having your treatment. We ask you kindly to please leave them in safe hands where they can be watched & cared for while we care for you.
PREGNANCY & MEDICAL CONDITIONS - Teeth Whitening is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding mums. If you have broken, chipped or cracked teeth or gum disease, my recommendation would be to go and see your dentist first, before it gets worse. Teeth whitening is not recommended if you may be sensitive to Peroxide or glycol, are light sensitive, currently completing cancer treatment, suffer from diabetes, heart conditions, epilepsy or melanoma.
PIERCINGS - All tongue or lip piercings must be removed and kept out for 24 hours following your treatment.
SMS REMINDERS - All clients will be sent a confirmation SMS & email 1 (one) day prior to your appointment.
NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS - All no-show clients, and cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total treatment cost will be charged. Bright Bite Boutique requires 48 hours notice of any intention to cancel your appointment. Bookings at Bright Bite Boutique cannot be cancelled on arrival of appointment.
